The following are the terms and conditions that define our shipping policy. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Items are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high number of orders may be delayed by a few days. Allow additional days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order status on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We appreciate your feedback and cooperation. Customers are liable for taxes.
Damages
DMDC DISTINCT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. military addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

Returns policy
​We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will either replace it or grant a store credit to your account, our online store only. Preparing your products for a return to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible when returning your products: Place your products safely and securely for protection during transit; Mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product. Refunds Once the item has been received, the card will be debited/credited back to your card or purchased order within 5-7 business days.
Unwanted products
You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided: It is disassembled and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached (if applicable).You log a return on our website within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you.If available, clothing products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation. If such a variation is not possible or available, we will reimburse your account for the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. Please refer to our FAQs for guidance on how to ensure that your product is returned safely under this policy.
